Thank you for supporting Sundrop Beginnings.

All Sundrop Beginnings products are downloadable digital files. Because each product becomes available to you upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a product has been delivered or accessed.

If something goes genuinely wrong — a file that won't open, a download that failed, or you didn't receive access at all — please contact us at hello@sundropbeginnings.com and we'll review your situation and work with you on a case-by-case basis.

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation right you may have under the law that applies to you.
